[Survey] Provide your views on the barriers to implementing efficiency first in the EU

The Enefirst Horizon2020-funded project aims at making the fundamental principle of Energy efficiency first operational.

The consortium just published its first report on the definition of the E1st approach and seeks to further analyse its broader impact across sectors and markets, with a focus on the building sector.

The next step in the project is to identify barriers of policy implementation for different policy areas.

To provide decision-makers in EU and beyond with concrete policy recommendations based on multi-criteria analysis and ensure a cost-effective transition of the European energy system is realised, we need your assessment of existing and possible barriers (e.g. technical, regulatory or capacity-related barriers) to E1st implementation in the EU.
